Strive Your Worst by Chatham Greenfield (Sept 23)
I actually appreciated Chatham Greenfield’s earlier sapphic YA novel, Time and Time Once more, so I’m trying ahead to this one, too. (Additionally, I really like books which have fats queer individuals on the quilt.) This cozy thriller follows Sadie and Cleo, who’ve been rivals ever for the reason that day they have been born. (Cleo received the “first baby born that year” title.) Now, they’re competing to turn out to be valedictorian, however once they’re framed for a collection of vicious pranks, they need to work collectively to clear their names. And, after all, the extra time they spend collectively, the extra they start to query in the event that they’re merely rivals.
