You need to review what happened today to make sure nothing was missing. This step is the best way to start working on your productivity. In reviewing your daily activities, find out what you have done that can be changed and how you would change it. Also, are there things you did not have to do but spent considerate time doing them? Or are there certain things that you may have missed out on because of the choices of your actions?

Affirmation refers to the practice of self-empowerment and positive thinking- fostering a belief that a positive mindset supported by affirmations will achieve growth and success. According to Tristan, affirmations will evoke empowering beliefs about who you are and promote a vision of your business when you face challenging times.

Reflection is another tip that can help you manage your day well. It can help you assess the activities and patterns of your day to see how your habits and actions contribute to your overall well-being, happiness, and success. Reflection will help you create a course of action.

  1. Embracing The Night

Embracing the night will give you enough time to start the day more soberly.

Tristan says that this process can take as little as 11 minutes to much longer. The idea is to transition into the evening and be present, knowing you’ve done enough for the day by preparing your mind for the next day.
