When you build habits you have to think long term, think about the benefits it will have your for you, as well as, benefits in the future as well. If you really know the benefits it will help you to stick to it better, do the best you can to learn the benefits of healthy habits.

It helps to have a systems as well as processes to track your improvements so that you can check how well the habits work for you, as well as, to update habits so it can suit you better. Also, it can help you to act without overthink.

Set up a routine out of it:

If you make an appointment and schedule it, you are less likely to procrastinate.  Also, add in duration of the tasks. Set schedules, as well as, notifications so you can remember to do it as well.
