Camila Cabello is opening up about her Fifth Concord days.

In a latest Nylon interview, the Havana hitmaker shared insights into the challenges she and her bandmates — Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui — confronted as youngsters thrust into fame after The X Issue.

Cabello, now 27, mirrored on how being so younger made navigating group dynamics particularly powerful. “How do you deal with being left out? How do you deal with jealousy?” she requested, noting the dearth of instruments to handle these emotions at such a younger age within the highlight.

“How do you deal with these things without hurting yourself or other people?” she added, noting that “those are skills you don’t have when you’re 16 years old.”

The star admitted that fame solely added strain to an already difficult state of affairs. “It’s hard to say what’s normal, whether you’re famous or not. My barometer wasn’t functional. It was more than a person should bear [in that situation],” she defined.

Fifth Concord rose to fame with hits like Value It and Work From House however confronted their share of inner struggles earlier than Cabello departed in 2016. Regardless of the challenges, she appears to be like again on the expertise with grace and a deeper understanding of battle decision.
