Lynch’s profession was marked by his distinctive model that mixed parts of horror, noir, and surrealism, evident in works like Blue Velvet, Misplaced Freeway, and Mulholland Drive. His distinctive strategy drew comparisons to Spanish filmmaker Luis Buñuel, identified for his surreal narratives.

Lynch revolutionized tv in 1990 with the creation of Twin Peaks, alongside author Mark Frost. The collection delved into darkish and taboo material, fascinating audiences with its mysterious plot centered round a highschool woman’s homicide in a small city.
