Navy veteran served two phrases on council, helped scale back metropolis’s debt

Invoice Turlay, a former Vancouver metropolis councilor who prided himself on serving to scale back the town’s debt by greater than $100 million, died Feb. 7 from dementia problems. He was 89 years previous.
Turlay’s spouse of 63 years, Stephanie Turlay, mentioned that he had a fantastic humorousness, and in every single place he went he had pals.
