Three persons are suing PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Heart after a person who was incorrectly recognized as his roommate was taken off life assist.
On Aug. 8, 2021, Vancouver resident David Wells choked on a bit of steak and misplaced consciousness. He was taken to the Vancouver hospital in an ambulance, the place he was mistakenly recognized as his roommate, Michael Beehler. The hospital contacted Beehler’s sister, Debbie Danielson, who, believing Wells was her brother, selected to take him off life assist, in keeping with the lawsuit.
3. Oregon man sues Washougal colleges over alleged abuse by college bus driver in Nineteen Eighties
A Springfield, Ore., man is suing the Washougal College District, alleging the district failed to guard him from being sexually abused by a faculty bus driver within the Nineteen Eighties.
The lawsuit was filed Jan. 13 in Clark County Superior Courtroom. It seeks unspecified damages for “physical and psychological injuries” allegedly inflicted by bus driver Robert Gouin in 1986 and 1987 when the plaintiff was 13 to 14 years previous and a scholar at Jemtegaard Center College.
