Kristin Cavallari acquired candid on navigating her “dating” life up to now few years.

The actress opened up about her journey within the courting world through the newest episode of Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast.

The Hills alum, 37, shared candid insights into her love life and the way the previous few years have been pivotal in serving to her determine what she actually needs in a relationship.

“People forget that the last 5 years have been my dating era,” Cavallari stated, referring to the time following her 2020 divorce from Jay Cutler, with whom she was married for seven years.

“I always had boyfriends — I met Jay when I was 23,” she defined.

“I never was able to date and figure out exactly what I want and figure out myself through dating. And so that’s what I’ve been doing the last 5 years, and that was really fun for me.”

Reflecting on her method to relationships, Cavallari famous how her previous dynamics formed her experiences.

“It was a distraction,” she stated, including, “It was really easy. It just sort of naturally fit into my life. I said this on my podcast, but, you know, it’s maybe selfish looking back, but I didn’t really have to bend for [Estes] in a lot of ways. He just kind of fit into my life.”

The Very Cavallari star continues to prioritize self-discovery and development as she navigates life and love in her 30s.
