Lauren Graham opens about her stance on ‘Gilmore Girls’ reboot
Lauren Graham mentioned in regards to the revival of Gilmore Women pitching her standpoint on how the story might be picked up.
In an look at The Drew Barrymore Present, the host requested the actress if she can be up for extra Gilmore Women.
“Yes. I always say yes because it’s my favourite character, it’s my favourite, for me to go back [in 2016], I was on a cloud. It was pure joy,” stated Graham.
The collection started in 2000 and led to 2007. Afterward Netflix, in 2016, revived it with four-episode miniseries referred to as Gilmore Women: A 12 months within the Life.
Sharing her concept for the brand new storyline, Graham added, “Something that I love that they do in England more than they do here, is you have a season of a show that you loved Downton Abbey was one for me and then they do like a Downton Abbey Christmas, so you get to visit your characters, but it’s not like a whole reboot of the whole thing.”
Declaring it her concept, she added that nobody has but authorised it.
The unique TV collection relies on Lorelai Gilmore, a single mom to a sixteen year-old, Rory Gilmore. The present explores the shut mother-daughter bond and Rory’s experiences in highschool and faculty.
