SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Crews labored early Thursday to revive energy to Puerto Rico after a blackout that hit your entire island affected the primary worldwide airport, hospitals and accommodations stuffed with Easter vacationers.
The outage that started previous midday Wednesday left 1.4 million prospects with out electrical energy and greater than 400,000 with out water.
