Queen Camilla decreased to tears after being changed by Princess Anne at main occasion
Queen Camilla has admitted that she was in tears after lacking a significant occasion, which was attended by King Charles III’s sister Princess Anne.
The 77-year-old Queen expressed her emotions with the Britain’s Olympic and Paralympic equestrian stars as she welcomed dozens of staff members to have a good time their success on the Paris 2024 Video games.
The Queen, patron of the British Equestrian Federation, revealed the celebrities introduced “tears to the eyes” as she hosted a reception for them at Clarence Home on Wednesday.
Nonetheless, she was in excessive spirits as she put her class on show in a navy blue tunic gown, accessorised with a coronary heart pendant and Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet.
Through the celebratory gathering, the Queen met with Paralympic champions and Olympic medallists, together with their help workers, who she apologised to for lacking the summer time video games.
Addressing the gathering, Queen Camilla shared her enthusiasm for the groups’ performances, saying: “It made us all feel very proud to be British.”
She went on: “I’m sorry I wasn’t there but I was watching very keenly every bit of it on the television and it really did bring tears to the eyes.”
Camilla concluded: “Thank you to the whole team for what you do and let’s keep British best.”
The royal household celebrated the Crew GB’s outstanding success on the Paris Video games, appreciating the celebrities for making the nation proud.
