WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump introduced plans for sweeping tariffs Wednesday, saying “our country has been looted, pillaged, raped, plundered” by different nations.
The aggressive rhetoric got here as Trump confirmed a willingness to dismantle a world financial system that the US helped to construct after World Battle II.
