An 85-year-old man is accused of hitting two folks together with his automobile on Sunday in Washougal as they have been serving to him to park, killing one.
Jesse T. Shehan of Washougal initially appeared Monday in Clark County Superior Courtroom on an allegation of vehicular murder. However his listening to was set over a day resulting from issues over his cognitive capabilities.
